Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining quality standards, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. Key duties include scheduling shifts, training team members, monitoring inventory, and supporting the manager in achieving sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front-of-house staff and daily operations
• Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
• Train and support team members in their roles
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
