Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual testing of software features following test scripts.
  • Look for problems and bugs inside an application.
  • Describe in a synthesized manner the steps to reduce the bugs found.
  • Report bugs using a Bug Management Tool.
  • Help developers find solutions to the issues.
  • Update and enhance test scripts.
Required:
  • 2-year associate degree or junior level engineering student on electronics, computer science or related field.
  • Knowledge of basic office applications (MS Office)
  • Ability to synthetize and describe complex scenarios in a few words.
  • Knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts (Requirements, Design, Coding, Verification, Configuration Management, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SW verification techniques
  • English: B2 or above level in the Common European Framework
Desired:
  • Previous Manual QA - Testing experience
  • Familiarity with operating systems (iOS, Windows, Linux).
  • Familiarity with tools for software testing and issue tracking systems
  • Familiarity with airplane flying concepts.
