Job summary
The BPO Team Manager Operations role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations within our hybrid work model. With a focus on project management and MS Office proficiency the candidate will oversee day-to-day activities ensuring efficiency and productivity. This position requires strong English language skills and offers a day shift schedule with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Utilize MS Office tools to create reports presentations and other documentation.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Exhibit strong skills in MS Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Possess excellent English language skills for effective communication.
- Have a proven track record of managing operations in a BPO environment.
- Show ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office tasks.
- Display strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategies.
- Bring experience in coordinating and managing cross-functional teams.
Certifications Required
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly recommended.
