AP Intermediate Analyst

What youll do

• Conduct daily audits of accounts payable transactions to identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and norms.
• Analyze data and generate reports on the quality and accuracy of accounts payable processes.
• Verify the correct application of internal policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Generate periodic reports on process performance and the progress of improvement initiatives.
• Develop and update process documentation (manuals, procedures, flowcharts) to reflect implemented improvements.

What experience you need

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounts Payable role in conducting internal audits of processes.
• Studying Bachelors degree in accounting or related fields.
• Minimum B2 English proficiency.
• High School Diploma.

• Experience in analyzing AP data and generating different types of reports (e.g., aging reports, payment summaries, discrepancy analyses).
• Experience using at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills with Data Visualization Proficiency.
• Basic knowledge in Macros, AP Scrips, AP Sheets.
