Business Analyst Intern

Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in gathering business requirements for Sales/Service Cloud implementation

• Share and recommend standard methodology approaches to meet business needs

• Document use cases. Understand and analyze details provided in the use cases or task narratives, translating user stories to technical requirements

• Provide technical domain expertise to business, delivery team, and IT teams

• Support and interface with training team for information regarding Sales/Service Cloud implementation

• Participate in and guide process design discussions related to complex business requirements

• Work with the technical team lead to review, analyze and define requirements

• Assist with user acceptance test planning and execution, including test case and expected outcome documentation

• Validate solutions and perform testing to ensure requirements are met

• Participate in roadmap and planning sessions

• Act as point of contact to various stakeholders, as well as subject matter expertise advisor

• Work with the technical team to review, analyze and define requirements

• Liaise with other subject matter experts and stakeholders to clarify and prioritize objectives and deliverables

• Drive solutions to enable stakeholders to achieve objectives, advise on best solution path
