Change Delivery and Policy Lead

In the role of Change Delivery Lead/Policy Lead, the employee will assume a pivotal position overseeing and managing all facets of change implementation within the organizations programs.

This role demands a strong emphasis on project management, along with the capability to register, report, document, and track changes effectively. The individual will be tasked with monitoring last-minute changes, delegating operational responsibilities to staff members, ensuring that all new projects encompass relevant aspects for a successful launch, and conducting follow-up meetings with both operational teams and clients to address any challenges that may impact project launches or specific changes.

Role Responsibilities

  • Leads the implementation of changes within the program, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures.

  • Maintains detailed records of all changes and their impact on the program on a weekly and monthly.

  • Monitors and tracks last-minute changes, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

  • Delegates operational responsibilities to staff members as needed to support change implementation.

  • Validates that all new projects include necessary elements for successful launches.

  • Conducts regular follow-up meetings with operational teams to assess progress and address any issues or concerns.

  • Collaborates with clients to understand their requirements and address any challenges that may arise during change implementation.

  • Consolidates global reports to capture the amount of changes received in a month in review.

Required:

  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • Possesses experience in project management or change management roles.

  • Exhibits the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at various levels.

  • Demonstrates the ability to analyze data and derive insights to drive decision-making.

  • Has experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in project management or change management roles.

  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.

  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Exhibits the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in Excel and other technical tools for reporting and analysis.

Preferred:

  • C1+ English language proficiency and communication skills

  • Portuguese B2+ is a plus.

  • Responsible for the internal communication with staff team about new changes in product or policy, ensuring all parties involved accomplish their tasks assigned.

  • Maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting of changes received every month,

  • Responsible for the launch of new projects within the program, ensuring all pertinent details are collected in advance or requested in advance to the client.

  • Responsible for any changes within all the existent projects within the program.

  • External collaboration with other teammates on different regions.

  • Collaborate on administrative duties for QTP Department coverage.
