Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

All America Construction Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a comprehensive understanding of construction management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with all stakeholders. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can adapt to shifting project needs while keeping work on schedule, on budget, and to our highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Utilize project management software such as JobTread and Primavera to schedule and track progress.
  • Conduct regular remote site reviews and occasional in-person visits to monitor execution and compliance.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to guide successful project implementation.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and prompt conflict resolution.
  • Implement effective time management strategies to optimize operations and site productivity.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, changes, and communications throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction management or a related field
  • Proficiency with project management tools, especially JobTread
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and field operations
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Effective communication abilities for working with diverse internal and external teams
  • Ability to work well under pressure without losing attention to detail
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Must reside in Florida and be available for occasional site visits
