Role Description

This is a temporary hybrid role for a Dibujante Arquitectónico (Archicad) located in San José, with the option to work from home on certain days. The Dibujante Arquitectónico will be responsible for creating architectural drawings, planning and executing construction drawings, and ensuring all designs meet the highest standards of quality and detail. Daily tasks include collaborating with the design team, translating concepts into detailed plans, and revising drawings as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Architecture
• Experience with Planning and Construction Drawings
• Skilled in Drawing and using Archicad software or ready to learn it in a week.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Experience in residential and hospitality projects is a plus
• Degree or Studies in Architecture or Tecnichal Drawer field is preferred
• Self motivated and currios to learn the office process
