Responsabilidades / Responsibilities: Are you detail-oriented, data-driven, and ready to grow your career in a global organization? Join our Data Governance Organization (DGO) as a Customer Junior Analyst and play a key role in maintaining the integrity of customer data across our systems.
- Create, update, and manage customer records in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Tax, Credit, and other global teams to streamline customer master processes.
- Identify and resolve data issues, applying business rules and best practices.
- Support data standardization and champion data governance initiatives.
- 1+ year of experience in master data or a related field.
- Bachelors degree (or currently enrolled in university).
- Advanced English (C1 or strong B2+) and Portuguese (C1 or strong B2+).
- SAP knowledge and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a team environment.
