What You'll Do As a Global Sector Coordinator within BCG’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Practice Area, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic agenda for the Technology Sector. You’ll drive analysis, coordination and communications that empower leadership decision-making and accelerate growth. Some core responsibilities for the role include:  *Analysis of Business Growth & Performance* * You will conduct significant data analysis in Excel and related tools and generate clear strategic insights across Practice Area performance across five tech subsectors * Analysis will include revenue, planning, and investments to inform sector strategies * Work with subject matter experts to interpret data and identify key trends. * Conduct bespoke analyses using exported financial data (no model-building required). * Validate data integrity and insights, trends or anomalies. * Track performance metrics and reporting outputs across the sector. *Events & Marketing Operations & Analysis* * You will work with the marketing team and business leaders to effectively reach the right audience by managing and analyzing data that informs marketing planning and execution. * Support external events across key topic areas (e.g., Center for Disruptive Tech, client events). * Analyze event attendance and impact metrics to ensure events align with business goals. * Work with CRM systems and templates to optimize data tracking and lead management. * Manage pipeline processes for leads and follow-ups post-events. * Ensure ongoing exchange on best practice examples and innovation opportunities. *Stakeholder & Project Management* * You will work on defined projects that support the growth and development of the broader Technology Sector * Provide updates on PA project progress and outcomes to a diverse stakeholder network. * Connect team members with the right contacts and resources across the matrixed organization. * Take ownership of deliverables and raise issues proactively when challenges arise. *People, Engagement & Communications* * You will play an important role in how the sector communicates internally and with external stakeholders * Support with monitoring affiliation data to assess team connectivity and collaboration across the PA and different roles internally. * Organizing internal events & identify engagement patterns and flag opportunities for improvement. * Owning and shaping our Sector’s internal communications including newsletters and other platforms (Slack/email). * Supporting the Marketing team with knowledge for TMT as a PA to inform publications, marketing and social media activities What You'll Bring * 2–4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project coordination, or strategy operations. * Bachelor’s degree ideal; advanced analytical or business coursework a plus. * Exceptional data analytics skills and Excel mastery (V-lookups & Pivot tables); familiarity with tools like PowerPoint is preferred * Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with attention to detail and follow-through. * Demonstrated autonomy, professional maturity, and ability to perform under pressure. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset. * A collaborative, flexible, and curious approach to problem-solving. * Ability to think analytically, adopting out-of-the-box thinking Who You'll Work With You’ll collaborate closely with the Technology Sector Director, Regional Practice Leaders, the Global Practice Management Director, and Business Services teams, alongside other coordinators and analysts across BCG’s Practices.  The Technology Sector is the largest within TMT, experiencing double-digit growth across subsectors including Semiconductors, Software, IT Services, Growth Tech, and Consumer Applications. You’ll be part of a global team driving innovation and cross-sector collaboration with areas such as Healthcare, Financial Services, and Mobility.
