Objetive:

You will champion the integrity, quality and security of our enterprise data. You'll act as the central conduit between Data Owners, Users and IT defining and enforcing standards, establishing a single source of truth, and ensuring all governance policies meet organizational and regulatory requirements. In partnership with Data Owners and fellow Stewards, you will drive the rollout of our data governance program across business domains, using strategic communication to influence leadership, foster ethical data practices and secure full compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance with and evaluation of data governance policies, standards and processes across all company data domains. Drive the rollout and continuous evolution of the governance program in partnership with business leaders and teams.
• Influence business leaders to ensure ethical data usage and regulatory compliance. Forge alliances with Data Owners and Stewards to define business rules, data standards and ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency and security.
• Proactively design scalable governance processes and new ways of working. Act as the go-to expert for embedding data-governance best practices across the business.
• Define data-security guidelines to prevent unauthorized access and data loss. Oversee privacy and regulatory adherence (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) through ongoing audits.
• Lead coordination of training and onboarding for CAM data users on corporate data-governance tools and methodologies.
• Monitor data quality in partnership with Data Quality teams; guide the resolution of data incidents. Ensure data dictionaries, lineage diagrams, metadata repositories and catalogs remain up to date.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in data management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field plus 3 years of experience in data stewardship, data management, data governance roles.
• English Advance.
• Certifications in Data Governance, Data Management, or related fields (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) preferred.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality principles, and master data management (MDM).
• Experience working with data governance tools (e.g.,Dataplex, Collibra, Informatica).
• Proficiency in SQL, data profiling tools, and data visualization platforms.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and industry compliance standards.
