This entry-level role supports the team in driving revenue growth and client expansion. You will assist with administrative tasks related to contract renewals and help answer basic billing and pricing questions. Your main focus will be on learning the fundamentals of building strong customer relationships and identifying basic upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will support the team by preparing data for business reviews and contributing to the goal of achieving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets.

What You Will Do

• Assist with day-to-day inquiries and administrative tasks related to client contracts and billing.
• Help prepare data and materials for team-led business reviews.
• Support the team in managing manual renewal discussions and identifying simple upsell opportunities.
• Assist with documentation and tracking of cancellation requests and churn indicators.
• Learn to track and monitor basic usage data, risk factors, and key contacts for client accounts.

What Experience You Need

• High School Diploma
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English at a B2 level or higher is required to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
• CRM System Expertise: With no less than 1 year proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce , for meticulous account information, opportunity tracking, and customer detail management.
• Sales Cycle Management: Minimum of 1 years of experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
