What You'll Do As the Global Learning & Development Operations Manager, you will support and lead the successful execution of virtual and hybrid learning events across our BCG learning curriculum. Your role will be essential in ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery while maintaining efficiency and alignment with business goals and outcomes. You will oversee learner operations, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance the overall learning experience. By driving continuous improvement, you will contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation within the Learning & Development function.   Your key responsibilities: * *Lead & Manage Team*: You will directly manage and supervise a Global L&D Operations Delivery team of between 4-8 members, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality outputs to stakeholders. * *Delivery Strategy & Participant Management:* Develop and implement L&D operations roadmaps that ensure the effective and efficient delivery of global programs. Oversee the participant lifecycle, including registration, cancellations, logistics coordination, and data management, working in partnership with the L&D operations shared services team * *Lead planning and logistics* for annual learning calendars, coordinating session dates, resources, and onsite support for high-quality event execution across multiple locations. * *Own the learner experience* by managing end-to-end delivery across virtual, hybrid, and in-person programs—ensuring smooth execution, resolving issues, and driving ongoing improvement. * *Execute onsite in-person learning events*, ensuring smooth logistics, high-quality participant experience, and seamless coordination across multiple venues and stakeholders * *Partner with Faculty POCs and vendors* to coordinate staffing, session updates, and external support, ensuring alignment on expectations and service quality. * *Collaborate cross-functionally* with content leads, program manager and Shared Services to align processes, update operational playbooks, and ensure a consistent learner journey.   You’re Good At   * Driving operational excellence with a passion for learning new technologies, identifying inefficiencies, and applying structured, data-informed approaches to streamline processes and deliver measurable improvements. * Navigating complexity with confidence, managing logistics, systems, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining momentum and keeping a clear view of strategic goals. * People development and leadership, leading teams with empathy and clarity to ensure the best learning experience delivery * Delivering exceptional service and outcomes by being highly organized, a clear communicator, and a trusted collaborator—skilled at influencing across teams and levels to drive alignment and results. * Adapting to change: you are flexible, proactive, and calm under pressure in evolving environments, anticipating challenges or bottlenecks. * Working globally: you enjoy collaborating across cultures and time zones, and bring a thoughtful, inclusive mindset to your work. What You'll Bring * 7+ years of experience in learning operations, event management, or a similar role, ideally in a global, fast-paced organization * Strong expertise backed with experience in managing virtual learning tools/platforms like SABA, Zoom, Teams, and Trello * Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and deliver results * Excellent stakeholder management abilities across multiple regions and seniority levels * Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to inform decisions and track operational success * Experience with emerging technologies like AI or automation is a plus * Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a focus on influencing stakeholders * Team leadership; coaching and supporting team growth and development Who You'll Work With A passionate and dedicated Learning & Development team, who are currently spread across the globe. You will be part of the operations delivery team that oversees the overall orchestration of Learning at BCG. As a complex matrix structured organization, you will work with broader L&D colleagues, including peers in the operations team, strategi operations and faculty COE as well as other functional teams.
