Support the Sales Onboarding team in the Americas. This position addresses increased workload and system inefficiencies. It directly impacts sales revenue by overseeing Sales Onboarding, Offboarding, Roster changes, and Credentialing processes.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Delivery

Deliver quality and professional service to all customers.

Resolve day-to-day customer service enquiries, issues, and complaints.

Provide efficient employee and pay administration and timely advice on employee lifecycle activities.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry into HR systems.

Maintain documents, records, and data according to procedures.

Use service management systems to track queries and ensure customer 

Education

School diploma or equivalent.

Fluent English + any other language required for the position.

Experience

At least 3 years of HR administration experience within a regional HR Shared Services organization.

Experience delivering customer service targets in a complex environment.

Experience in HR or Payroll within a customer-oriented commercial environment.

Understanding of the HR employee lifecycle.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, HR systems, and case management tools.
