Administrative Assistant
Job Description: P2P Operations - Administrative Assistant Huntsman is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Procurement Operations supporting the GBS located in Costa Rica. This position will report to the Procurement Manager. As the Administrative Assistant of Procurement Operations you will:
- Execution of payments by creating the require reports and providing the necessary documentation.
- Manage and maintain the Citibank corporate card program.
- Purchase requisition creation.
- Knowledge and maintenance of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and records at a proficient level.
- Manage the AT&T cellphone program by acting as the administrator and point of contact for Huntsman employees.
- Provide support to Travel and Expense team and users as the Program Administrator
- Ensure, follow-up and control the compliance of processes and organizational policies regarding environment, health, and security standards.
- Able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related.
- Prior experience is considered a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working with Microsoft Office package.
- SAP experience.
- B2 English required (resumes must be provided in English)
