Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for engaging with our community both online and offline, managing our social media presence, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and experience in social media management and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage our community engagement strategies across all social media platforms.
• Create engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand values.
• Monitor online conversations and participate in them to build brand visibility and support.
• Organize and coordinate community events both online and offline.
• Analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions, and propose actionable insights.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in our brand messaging.
• Handle customer inquiries and responses in a timely and empathetic manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media management and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
