The Accenture Mobilization team is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Project Manager with proving skills such as Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Communication Management, Risk Management, etc. The Project Manager in the role of Mobilization Specialist will be aligned to manage transitions in the Marketing Services industry (Content, Campaign, Paid Media, Programmatic, E-Commerce, etc.) and will need to work with several teams both locally and remotely to coordinate all necessary efforts to ensure service readiness from a people, process and technology perspective. Mobilization Specialist will be required to create and executing the project plan and managing and mitigating any deviations or road-blocks that might surfaced along the road. Working closely with the Client and Accenture Delivery Teams the Mobilization Specialist will prepare and present accurate transition status at Clients Management and Leadership levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage defined transition strategy to build and implement specific transition plans to organize efforts and make sure deadlines are met.

• Support Service Design by executing standard discovery approaches, gathering integration requirements, and developing Client Accenture touchpoints.

• Work with Delivery team and support areas HR Recruitment, IT, Workplace, Procurement to ensure appropriate sourcing and hiring process, implementation of specific connectivity configuration, acquisition of all necessary equipment and appropriate training and work area set up as per contract requirements.

• Provide Guidance to Delivery team to define the appropriate training strategy to perform knowledge capture, including training timeline, curricula, roles and responsibilities, evaluations and acceptance criteria.

• Proactively eliminate critical path road blocks to help ensure successful delivery of the solution and transition completion.

• Ensure project members effectively manage dependencies, budgets, and schedule.

• Provides accurate status updates along entire Transition process.

• Evaluates and communicates risks and issues when needed.

• Ensure the Client s expectations are understood and managed.

• Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience working on Digital Marketing Content, Campaign, Paid Media, Programmatic, E Commerce.

• Must have 3 plus years of experience in a Client s Management Leadership level facing role and working with other support areas from a remote location.

• Must have 3 plus years of experience managing projects, following activities, milestones and timelines.

• Have successfully work managing and influencing other resources to execute tasks to achieve a common goal against a specific deadline.

• 3 plus years of experience managing project risks and defining and handling mitigation plans.

• Strong project financials budget management skills.

• Experience providing or presenting status reports at a Clients Management Leadership level.

• Experience in managing difficult conversations with Leadership and Clients.
