NALA Shipping Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Shipping Software Engineer to support and enhance logistics and transportation systems across the NALA region, specifically focusing on tools such as XBOX (P&G Tool) and TMS (Transportation Management System). This role requires strong technical capabilities, DevOps experience, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies to deliver robust and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable, maintainable software solutions.

  • Design, develop, test, and implement code, ensuring functionality, performance, and scalability.

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, using automation to streamline integration and deployment processes.

  • Provide full lifecycle support: deployment, production monitoring, performance optimization, and issue resolution.

  • Add new features and improvements to existing systems while maintaining high code quality.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, operations teams, and other systems stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

  • Contribute to application architecture design, with a focus on cloud-native solutions.

  • Continuously improve software performance and development processes, staying up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and vulnerabilities.

  • Lead DevOps efforts, enabling modern application development and working closely with software engineers to apply agile and CI/CD frameworks.
