Sales Support Admin
Our Account segment supports major international companies such as Microsoft, SAP, IBM, Bayer, Coca-Cola, Toyota, and HSBC-organizations that operate across multiple countries. These strategic accounts benefit from dedicated support teams to ensure consistent service and customer satisfaction on a global scale. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a vital administrative role within our global sales organization. Your primary responsibility is to manage and optimize back-end processes to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and accurately. This includes processing orders, maintaining product catalogs, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting account managers in delivering a seamless customer experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:
- Learn and apply basic terminology and concepts related to account management.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties for the assigned sales department or team.
- Process sales orders, promotional requests, and quotes.
- Manage data entry, generate reports, track orders, and handle email follow-ups.
- Oversee inbound and outbound pricing quotes and ensure timely order processing to meet daily and quarterly revenue targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, shipping, and service issues.
- Resolve issues related to shipping, stock availability, and promotional adjustments.
- Maintain daily transactional engagement with customers and internal partners.
- Represent TD SYNNEX professionally in all interactions with business partners and customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to build strong, effective working relationships.
- Comfortable working under pressure with high workloads and tight deadlines.
- Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused communication style.
- Outgoing, articulate, and socially confident.
- Adaptable and open to change.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, word processors, databases).

- Flexible availability for training
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: University Bachelors Degre
